O Jornal Canal de Moçambique publicou pela mão de João Chamusse um artigo com algumas Menssagens de telefone trocadas entre a ministra e o director Cessante do INSS.
No artigo pode-se perceber que o INSS pagava a ministra,
- Subsidio de fim de semana,
- O rancho da casa
- 17 mil Dólares para resolver "Alguns Problemas"
- 200 mil meticais + uma viatura, no mesmo dia
- 100 mil meticais como pocket money pra suas viagens no país

O facto curioso é que o autor das linhas acusadoras, menciona o teor das sms e nunca da fonte, se o número que manda as sms é mesmo da Drª Taipo e nao procurou saber da acusada para averiguar a veracidade da bomba que tem.
